To make a long story incredibly short, I’ve always thought that I might have sleep apnea. I’ve had people wake me up while I’m sleeping telling me that I’m not breathing. I got an Apple Watch to see if it could confirm or help me get an idea if there was any truth to it, and it appears to be the case.

I’ve been struggling at a new job with recalling and remembering information, words feeling like they are on the tip of my tongue with almost every sentence but I can’t get it out. I feel very lethargic and tired, but my job demands a lot of work. (I am a dolphin trainer). We work long hours and spend all day outside in the sun. I’ve been noticing it getting worse with time.

I live in Hawaii and have not yet established primary care. I feel like I need to make this a priority for my health but don’t know a lot about it.
