New roborock qrevo edge 2 pro

This is our first robovac - we have only had it for a week
When I put it on the highest vacuum setting with the tightest grid pattern it still barely picks up anything.
When it’s mopping, it is leaving whole areas without mopping it, and the mop pressure is really inconsistent. I’ve checked that the mop pads are on correctly and spinning and they are. The water flow is on medium

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but it was a really expensive investment and isn’t performing well at all. If anyone knows what might be wrong I would appreciate it!

Leadlight windows

I have 4 original 1920’s Leadlight windows at the front of my house that I am about to repaint/ try and make look better. A full professional restoration isn’t in the budget right now, so I’m hoping to get some advice on what I can do to improve the appearance as much as possible.

I have just bought the house and there was SO many layers of old, flaky paint. I’m in the process of scraping most of it off. There looks the be metal around the edge of the glass with putty or something else (unsure if putty because it is different texture to my other windows with putty) that is really poorly done/wavy, and looks like it is lifting from the glass.
There is no glazing or putty touching the glass itself (I don’t know if that is common with windows like these as my other windows are all original timber sash which has been easier to restore.

For my timber sash windows I have used “sellaseal sash glaze instant adhesive” instead of putty and it allowed me to form a neater line.
I don’t know if I can do the same on the Leadlight? Would I have to remove all the material ontop of the metal surrounding the glass or could I “skim it” to form a crisper line?

Thankyou if anyone has any advice!
Please don’t suggest to replace I am not allowed to because of heritage overlay, I’m just trying to do my best on a budget
