Hey all,

​

So im looking to get a car so I can try and get a second job with food delivery or courier work. Even if I can find a 4 hour job after my full time job I can drive to. Just something to help try and get ahead. I don't have a car and I can't get a loan. My credit got destroyed in 2023 and even though I have paid off alot there are still past defaults/hardships listed. My score has gone up since then but I really don't want to get a loan thats going to charge high interest again and I don't want to risk another credit inquiry that will bring my score down since its finally going back up. I have been trying very hard to save all year but I feel like its an uphill battle. Something always comes up that chews into my savings; vet bill, went over on my usage for utility bill, trains are down and need to uber to work or lose out on my hourly rate etc... all those little things in life keep chipping away and it really just sucks. If anyone has any idea how I can obtain a reliable vehicle without getting into debt other than saving? Or any ideas on a second job that doesn't require a vehicle that I can work from home?
