is this safe to daisy Chain?

i’m trying to daisy chain my Case Fans but as you can see in the pic the male header has only 3 pin and not the Modern 4-PIN PWM. The other Female headers are all 4PINs as it’s shown in the image.

Should i peel the plastic covers off from my GPU if i’m doing a quick Pre-Build test?

Sorry i know this sounds dumb because why not just remove it when you have to do it later anyway. well, i wanted to leave no fingerprints and peel once it’s inside the case. Will it harm my gpu?
