Lease takeover in a rent stabilized unit in LIC ($2.2K)
Hi,
Looking for someone to take over my room, in a 2BR/1BA apt in Long Island City. The room will be available mid-August / beginning of September and the lease runs until April 2027.
Some quick info:
- Price: $2.2K (room A) and fully furnished - unit is rent stabilized!
- Luxury building with concierge and amenities
- My roommate is great - she is at home only 2 days a week, super clean and quiet (lived with her for 4 years)
- Building located next to the R, N, F, and 7 lines
