I played 57 Dreams creations and slowly lost the plot

I've been going through everything I missed and rebuilding my ridiculous Play Later backlog.

So I put together a collection, sat down to play through it, and apparently forgot that normal people stop recording at some point.

The result is 1 hour and 47 minutes of me exploring 57 Dreams creations — games, art, music, horror, racing, puzzle games, creation kits and assorted things that become increasingly difficult to categorise.

It starts quite professionally.

About an hour in I get tired enough that the filter between my brain and mouth largely disappears.

Eventually I cross from funny tired into actually just tired, but by that stage I was stubbornly determined to finish the entire collection. I do plan on doing more and as my "talk and play games" muscle memory returns I'm sure I'll get less tired 😂

There are creations from people who've been around Dreams for years, creators who were completely new to me, and quite a few things that reminded me why I loved wandering around the Dreamiverse in the first place.

WATCH HERE: https://youtu.be/wsfQg_ZGAcs

And the collection itself is here if you'd rather just go exploring:

I'm still catching up on a frankly ridiculous amount of stuff, so please recommend anything from the last couple of years that you think I absolutely shouldn't miss. There's a very good chance I haven't seen it yet, even if there is also a decent chance it's already on my play later list. But still, send/talk about your recommendations

I went exploring in Dreams again… and somehow came back with a 35-minute gaming variety show

It’s been a while since I’ve made anything quite like this, but I’ve finally put together a new episode of Untitled Allstar.

All of the games in Episode 3 were found while I was wandering around Dreams again — there’s a surprisingly thoughtful one about being a traffic cone, a horror one somebody here asked me to play, a forest full of synthesizers, jelly beans, a fighting game, pinball, Resident Evil stuff and a few other things that are difficult to explain without just showing you.

Some of you here might remember me from the old days of me spending an unreasonable amount of time digging through Dreams looking for interesting things as The_Tenia.

It turns out I apparently still enjoy doing exactly that and there's lots of things for me to still catch up on

The show itself isn’t exclusively about Dreams — it’s my little indie-game/gaming variety show, with comedy, music and occasional real-world nonsense mixed in — but this episode ended up being very Dreams-heavy, and I thought people here might enjoy seeing what I found.

And wherever possible I’ve credited and linked the original creators/creations in the description too.

Very nice to be wandering around the Dreamiverse again. 💙

StAnKHaNk put a forest full of synthesizers in Dreams… so I made a beat for the wildlife

Every time I go back into Dreams, I find something that reminds me why I loved exploring it.

StAnKHaNk has spent years making brilliant little musical toys and funny games, and his latest creation, Camping With Synthesizers, lets you build loops using a collection of instruments set up in the middle of a forest.

I captured myself experimenting with it and gradually putting together a little woodland beat. The creation is wonderfully simple, charming and exactly the sort of thing I still love finding in Dreams.

A key became the final boss in this Resident Evil fan game

I recently played Resident Evil: Code Extinction, a PS1-style survival-horror fan game created in PlayStation’s Dreams by Jesus_Ona_Skate.

I found a key, then spent nearly 15 minutes completely failing to find the door it unlocked—so I condensed the entire defeat into this 45-second Short.

The game is genuinely impressive. My sense of direction is not.

Has a tiny puzzle item ever become the real final boss for you?

Some of you may have watched lawn bowls recently at the Commonwealth Games. I play it, I’m also a gamer, and I’ve decided it’s a roguelite.

Some of you may have caught lawn bowls on TV during Glasgow 2026.

I play the sport myself, I’m also a gamer, and the more I think about it, the more convinced I become that lawn bowls is essentially a roguelite.

Every match is a fresh run. The playing conditions change. Knowledge and experience carry over, but success absolutely does not. One overconfident decision can destroy everything, and the grass appears to apply a random modifier whenever it feels like it.

So I made a very short video presenting my evidence:

This is my own video, just to be transparent.

I now invite the genre experts to rule on this: roguelike, roguelite, tactical strategy game, or psychological horror?

A PlayStation lawn bowls game set at my real club — how realistic is it?

With Commonwealth Games bowls getting more attention this week, I thought some of you might enjoy this unusual bit of bowls history.

A creator in Dreams made a full lawn bowls game based around my actual bowling club in Edinburgh. I was involved in shaping it, and it includes proper bias, tactical shots, different bowls and a career leading towards the Commonwealth Games.

I made this short review a while ago, looking at what it gets right and where it differs from playing for real:

I’d genuinely be interested to know what experienced bowlers would want from the ideal bowls video game.

A Dreamer recreated my real bowling club as a full sports game

With lawn bowls suddenly getting wider attention during Glasgow 2026, I revisited one of the most personal games ever made in Dreams.

MonocledRobot built a complete bowls career game around my real Edinburgh club, with me as the playable character. It's far more detailed than I'd have ever expected too.

This is my short review of the game and how closely it captures real bowls:
