ordered something "within X hours" to get it next-day. later in the day I get a notice that it shipped. the next day it says it's out for delivery, should arrive by 7pm. it doesn't arrive. support says it should be there by "end of day" so whenever that means. anytime before the clock rolls over. they assure me that it has shipped, and fedex just takes a while to update tracking info, which is why fedex tells me the tracking number doesn't exist. cool, whatever. thanks for the $10 credit, but I wanted it next-day so I could use it on the day after that.

surprise surprise. it doesn't arrive.

the following day (today) I get another shipped notice. I go to fedex to track it and and it's completely across the state. something tells me it won't even make it today. fingers crossed it does.

there's no way they even intended for this to be a next-day delivery and customer service lied about it being out for delivery.
