Please, I need help.

I have gone to the doctor, to the dermatologist, I don't know what to do.

My skin is so weird. First of all, I had this flaking issue on my forehead and cheeks. Thankfully, as I started taking allergy pills, they've gone away, but now my skin is really really textured, and my cheeks are very dry and flaky. I get lots of bumps.

My cheeks sometimes get red if I put anything on them, or rub too much. I've completely quit everything for months now, taking my pill. I need help. What could be good for my skin? My derm said I might have eczema, so keep this in mind. My skin is sensitive as living hell. I don't want popstar skin, I just want to worry about important things in life, not my skin :(

Yes, this is a rant, but it's such a headache.

La Roche makes my cheeks red. My skin can't take any spf with avobenzone. I'm just mainly looking for cleanse, moisturizer, and spf. Or just starting off slowly with whatever.
