“German” 4116 steel, rubberized plastic handle. Compares well with the Mora Companion. Also my wife is Finnsh (mostly) and loves wolves.

Just put together today; scales arrived yesterday.

My largest Streamlight; the color does appear a bit greenish-yellow but not too bad. Very bright.

Gave eight tennis balls to a friend for her to keep chair/table feet from scratching the floor. She then had trouble cutting them open with her flimsy boxcutter utility blade. So I went to her house, quickly set aside the unsafe boxcutter and pulled out my MSI, which cut the tough rubber of the tennis balls easily. Gained a cold Guinness in the process! Knife on knerds!

This CRKT Trask is an interesting knife. It has a pivot button lock and D2 blade steel. The FRN handle feels just a tad bulky but maybe I’m being picky. Any thoughts? My spreadsheet says it’s discontinued.

Took my nearly virgin Nefaris out to the garden today, preparing potato “seeds” for planting.

Had to do some shopping for the wife at Walmart yesterday and somehow came home with a third Buck Spitfire, my 2nd in 420HC… but it’s black aluminum with a red back spacer not silver! Or white in black coated S35VN like the one I ordered from their custom shop.
