Fruit Loops Recipe

Fruit Loops Recipe

Hey guys, this was absolutely bombbb. I usually don’t like cereal flavors but this one was different. Macros can widely range depending on how much fruit loops you add. As far as the macros for this recipe how I made specifically I would estimate between 450 - 500cal and 72g protein.

Recipe/tutorial :

Add the following to a blender

- 2 cups Krogers Carbmaster ultra filtered non fat milk (or any milk similar to of choice)

- 1/8 tsp xanthan gum

- 2 of 1/8 tsp Monk fruit powder

- 2 scoops of RAW vanilla protein powder

- I also added 1/4 tbsp sugar free instant pudding mix but that’s a personal preference and is not necessary but I think will help if you have.

- hand full of fruit loops cereal obv 😂

BLENDDDD on max speed for 10 seconds then stop then 10 more seconds on max speed then, pour into tub and freeze.

Pop into your ninja creami on lite ice cream.

Re-spin 1 time

Add another handful of fruit loops and press mix in

I would usually add some fruit loops on the top to make it look better but this is supposed to be healthy and I already added 2 large handfuls, but feel free to add another handful on top and enjoy.
(Also I’m a taller guy so a handful to me might be different compared to someone smaller)

New owner

Hey, I got my AirPods a few weeks ago and have noticed that they squeeze my head like to the point where I want to take them off. This is good when I’m working out but sucks any other time of the day. Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this or is this just how they are supposed to feel?

Need a truck for work and there are 2 ways to go about getting one help me decide 👌

I’m 19 and just got a construction gig in which I need a truck to travel to and from far job sites. I currently drive a 2014 Mercedes E550, straight piped twin turbo v8. Brought the car 2 years ago with low miles the previous owner maintained it well. I’ve been quoted about 17-19k trade in value. Here are the 2 way I can go about this. I will say “I like this because “ and why I don’t like it. Please comment and let me know what you think and why I’m curious what the better, smarter move is.

  1. I can keep my car and buy a cheap high mileage work truck for 6-8k. Probably something like a single cab 2016 f150. I like this because I will be able to keep my main car clean while not worrying about the work truck. Also I think the idea of having 2 cars is cool. I don’t like it Because, I want the truck that I’m spending hours driving in each day to have amenities and be enjoyable. I don’t see that being the case with such a cheap truck.

  2. I sell/trade in my current car and buy a nice used truck for about 40k with around 50k miles. Probably somthing like a 2019 F-150 Raptor or a 2023 F-150 king ranch. I think ford is the way to go Because I need decent gas mileage and I feel that eco boost is the way to go. I like this Becuase it’s somthing new and will make my trips to work more enjoyable. I don’t like it because I’m gonna miss my car and this will be 10k more expensive then if I were to do option 1.

OPTION 3 I PUT A 10 INCH LIFT AND SOME 37’s ON MY MERCEDES AND CALL IT A DAY😂.

On a serious note I’m leaning towards option 2 because I feel like it’s more reasonable than having 2 cars but then again the idea of having 2 cars is cool. This is all completely within budget and I’m blessed enough to be able to afford and pick between these 2 options. Voice your thoughts I will be reading them and responding to all.

Need tips on how to do good on the interview. I just turned 19 went to college for a year and decided that nursing wasn’t for me. This is somthing that I can see myself doing for a long time and enjoying. I have no experience with electrical work. Only side jobs painting houses and installing minor things into houses. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
