- right next to hey tea, Starbucks, and close to Jax pizza, chipotle and other corporate slop bowl places

- thermostat in each room
- corner unit with floor to ceiling windows, manhattan skyline views
- en-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floor
Building:
- luxury building with 24/7 doorman
- onsite gym, rooftop pool, theatre room, study room, lounge, game room, terrace
About me:
- m24, works at big tech company
- doesn’t usually wfh
- friendly and easy going
- doesn’t smoke or have pets
- keep the sink and fridge clean
- goes to gym consistently, looking for a gym buddy!
Lease:
- your rent: 3450/month for master bedroom, or 3200/month for the secondary bedroom
- lease starts Sep 12
- total rent 6650
- rent stabilized apartment
- utilities: electricity ~90 and internet 15 per person per month
- 1 year lease
- must make 40x rent to qualify
PSA: before you comment “too expensive for a roommate”, please do your research to see if you can find a decent 1 bed in a LIC luxury apartment under 3.5k (5pointz, Jp, etc). I’d be happy to take the deal myself.
All these luxury 2b/2b are occupied by roommates.
