Hey guys, so I’m a new owner of 2 ROG decks, an ally and an ally X. I’ve never been a PC gamer in my life, I inherited these and don’t know much about them. Anyway, I noticed Witcher 3 complete edition is $10 on both PlayStation and steam. Anybody have experience playing Witcher 3 on the deck? Because I’m trying to decide whether to buy it on my new deck or on my ps5 pro. Some games so far haven’t run great for me like Nioh 2 which is why I’m asking. I’ve been told I can make games run better in the settings but I don’t really know about any of that stuff

Hey all. To start my sister passed away last year, and I have inherited both of her ROG Ally decks as well as her gaming laptop. I have gotten into both the laptop and her newer ROG deck through pins her boyfriend provided me, but I can’t figure out the pin for one of the ROG decks. I was told my by mom that it doesn’t work which is why she got a second one but It powers on and I kind of wanted to investigate the issue for myself, but I can’t get in because her pin is different for this device. Any ideas on how to reset the system without signing in? I see a lot of info on how to cloud reset but I want to restore this to original settings. I already have a whole other ROG and laptop of hers with her stuff on it, I don’t want or need to save whatever is on this device

Is it just me or is this attack stupidly powerful in this game? I’ve been using dual swords as my main all the way up until the second act where I decided to try a regular sword, already had reverse impact and it was absolutely tearing through enemies quicker and easier than my dual swords ever did and I almost have the dual sword tree maxed out already

I was told that the coop was almost seamless in this game, yet I’m finding out after exploring almost all of the first map that I haven’t been able to summon people almost anywhere at all, and the times I have summoned people they immediately were removed after finishing whatever was at hand.

It says I have to be in a mission but how do I even know I’m in a “mission”??? I don’t see anything on the map, I’m never TOLD I’m in a mission. If I go into progress and push X over a mission it looks like it highlights it but I still can’t see anything on the map. So far this whole open world concept just seems like a big jumbled mess and I honestly think they do it pretty poorly. I want to like this game but open world doesn’t suit it. I’ve just been running around clearing out camps and beating the crucible shit, but besides that I have no idea what I should be doing or where the fucking 5 supposedly open quests I have on the map are

I can’t tell if a lobby I just joined was glitched or not, I just got into dream of the Nioh and haven’t run into this in my own game before but I just joined a game as a cooperator and the crab enemies were almost completely intangible for me. I don’t know why but if I threw 10 strikes at one of the large crabs maybe 1 of them would land instead of hitting them or deflecting off their shells like usual, and a basic samurai enemy I ran into was hyper armoring through all attacks and spamming the same 1-2 slash repeatedly.

I’ve never seen this as a cooperator or in my own game and was wondering if there’s some difficulty mechanic I don’t know about in Dream of the Nioh, the crab thing was especially weird to me. I had one backed into a corner and couldn’t even land a hit on it with double headed slice or water sword, it didn’t deflect them either my attacks just didn’t hit whatsoever

Why are people constantly coming into my world and leaving immediately on this map? I’m in dream of the demon difficulty and 4 different people all in a row came into my world and just immediately bounced, wasting my Ochako cups. What’s the point of doing coop if you don’t want to play? It’s actually starting to piss me off

So I’m maining dual swords right now and I was wondering, if I put Arcana of water on water sword, does the Arcana of water overwrite the innate corruption on my weapon? As in, am I only able to inflict 1 status effect at a time or do they both build up? I have bad eyes and I’m playing on a 40 inch and I can’t see any of the status bars underneath enemy health bars so it’s hard for me to tell wtf any of the icons mean

Unless the person before you is placing bets before the flop, why exactly would somebody fold????? You don’t know if you have a hand worth playing until the flop. That goes both ways too, if you have a pocket pair that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to have a good hand, you just at the very least have a guarenteed pair which is the second weakest hand you can have

This game really doesn’t explain how to use things well enough sometimes. It says “Press square when you have fully charged sign of the cross to deliver two cross shaped blows to the enemy in front of you,” first of all, that just sounds exactly like what sign of the cross already is. Second, how am I supposed to push square when the attack is fully charged if I already have to hold R1 and Circle to do the attack?

Also I don’t understand why it doesn’t show up in skill customization and only in the weapon tree, and it has to be enabled. But I can’t tell if it’s enabled or not because it either says “Enable ultimate sign of the cross” or “disable sign of the cross” when you click on it???? Why doesn’t it just say “Ultimate sign of the cross enabled/disabled” Instead?

Is this some kind of translation error or what because reading it is nonsensical

How exactly am I supposed to beat this man in “The revelry Ends”???? This fight doesn’t seem fair even a little bit. I’m overleveled like crazy, the mission recommendation is 139 and I’m level 215 but he can still do 3/4 of my HP bar with 1 hit at times, and my attacks do fucking NOTHING to his HP or Ki bar. Not to mention he has a million “get off of me” attacks and his jumping slam is ridiculously fast at time. Is this the intended experience for fighting Shuten Doji? Am I meant to just feel like a powerless POS or is my build horrifically bad? What’s the deal here? I got him down to a sliver ONCE and he went ballistic and starting throwing combo after combo after combo. Literally used up my last 3 healing trying to close the distance and get rid of that last little bit. Anytime I have a cooperator in my game they seem to just BLOW through any enemy/boss so idk if they’re just that high of a level or if my gear truly sucks. I soul match my equipment to maintain the highest level, I temper my equipment and I’m wearing a set that gives a bonus so idk if I’m just not doing something right with my set building
