Any chance this website goes back to "normal" or is it fully dead for Europeans that liked to make some small purchases there from time to time?

I just finished the game and learned there's a DLC, i don't intend on buying at the moment (it would be more expensive than what i paid for the game), is there a place where i can watch or read about what happens in the DLC, specialy the Story? Could be a site or a YouTube video for example.

I didn't read the manga but i heard the ending was extremely rushed. I read the premisse, i would like to know if there's any romance in the show (do to the weird age gaps i would probably skip it of that was the case). With that in mind and without major spoilers is this show worth a watch?
