I had an ultrasound today. Measuring about 8 weeks and 2 days. Doctor said baby's heartbeat was 190bpm. They did not seem concerned, but it feels high. Anyone with a similar experience? Any positive stories/reassurances or anything to look out for?

I’m newly pregnant. 4w+1 I’ve got a pretty bad headache. Anything I should do other than hydrate, sleep, and take acetaminophen if necessary? Also, I have an Oura ring. I stopped wearing it because I didn’t want to track anymore while trying to conceive. Any opinions or advice in helping me decide whether to put it back on and tracking again or not?
I miscarried earlier this year, March 2026. Took a test on a whim today (7/17/26) and it was positive! I’m cautiously optimistic and apparently too excited. Already told parents, siblings, and some friends… 😝🙈😅
