What's your preferred pre-workout? Just noticed that the cheap, potent Musashi stuff I use isn't listed as vegan on their website.
Does what it says in the post title. I've e-mailed them to ask what isn't vegan (nothing jumps out) but I'm waiting to hear back. also /r/veganfitness is too global unforch.

Have I caused my future self an issue? Shredded cardboard and grass clippings around base of lemon and lime trees. [Geelong, VIC]
I read somewhere that you can make a good compost by mixing grass clippings and shredded cardboard, so I'm gradually layering them when I mow the lawn.
Then, I read somewhere else that it can go anaerobic and cause issues.
Have I wrecked my trees? Should I dig it out and put topsoil instead?
