I recently bought a Kindle Basic 11th gen 2022.

Seller honestly declared na may ghost touch issue sya. Pero at the time na nagsend sya sakin ng video ng device, no issue at all. Even now that I got the device, hindi sya nag-ghost touch.

Question to anyone who has experienced ghost touch issue:

- Possible ba na na-fix sya by the factory reset?

- Better ba na ijailbreak ko na lang to minimize the risk na umulit yung ghost touch issue?

Using it now for 2 days - even read for 1 hour straight for testing, no issues so far.

Pang gift ko kasi sya for my mom, just want to make sure na ma-fix ko na if ever may issue pa before i give it to her.

I recently got a KCBW and I do love it.

But lately I have been very curious about it's colored sister, Kobo Clara Colour 🤭

For those who have tried both, which one do you prefer?

I read about KCC having grainy screen, even looked up comparisons .. but is it bothering? Or is it true it looks more paperlike?

I love the clarity on KCBW, but sometimes it doesn't look paperlike to me. Or maybe it's just my settings?

And for those who traded their KCBW for KCC, any regrets?

My first e-reader was a Kindle - Basic then switched to PPW 12th gen SE which turned out to be too heavy for me.

Hello! I just recently got my first kindle - a basic 2024.

For others who have the same device, can you please share your settings? I might have been treating it like a phone screen, can be headache inducing at times.

I'm also considering if i need warm light, but i've been reading up on it and there are mixed reviews as well. I also read mostly on well lit rooms. For those who use PW, do you really use the warm light setting? Does it help with eye strain?

However, parang hindi makapagsettle yung eyes ko 🥹 hindi ko sure if hindi ko lang makuha yung tamang timpla ng settings or what.

Now i'm thinkinh of looking into Kobo Clara BW since same screen size lang sila.

Would you recommend Kobo Clara BW over Kindle Basic 2024? Or may go-to settings ba kayo for comfortable long reading sessions?

Any suggestions would help! Nakaka-frustrate na hindi ako makatagal magbasa. Gustong gusto ko pa naman sya kasi ang lightweight 🥹

I'm looking into getting a pocket reader - xteink 4 or xteink 4 pro. Can i use koreader on both my basic and possibly xteink 4/pro so my progress syncs?
