“If you don’t learn how to use A.I., you’ll be left behind” feels like the same logic of when cities ripped themselves apart so as not to get “left behind” as everyone adopted the new automobile tech. Both techs have their uses but it would have been so much better if we didn’t go as “all-in” on cars. I am fearful we are doing the same with A.I. and people will look back and wonder why we destroyed what we had.
