Exhaust recommendations

Hello all - cerato GT owner In Australia, what exhaust would we recommend for this vehicle ?

I don’t want super duper drone sound like most exhaust systems these days or are my options limited.

I need help

I need help desperately, I have evens around my chest, neck and shoulders. I scratch constantly and it feels like it’s burning daily.

I can’t sleep, because that feeling of needing to itch everywhere and nothing seems to help soothe it , I woke up twice last night and made the Inside of my arms bleed because I was scratching in my sleep,

I’ve tried wet wraps, gloves, etc, my dermatologist appointment is next Tuesday but I can’t wait, I’m in pain

Someone please advise me on anything
