How to recommend features for the app

Does anyone know how to recommend features on the Noom app?

I would love the option to create custom challenges in the Noom app, especially for household tasks like emptying the dishwasher every morning or cleaning the bathroom on Saturdays. This would help me stay organized and motivated, since I already spend a lot of time in the app. Having personalized challenges would make Noom even more useful for daily routines.

This part is not about getting credit for steps or movement but more about other things that when they are in alignment... I tend to do better with my health. Just being able to customize a challenge that I want to be consistent at. I could create my own cues and triggers.

Another feature I would love to see is to be able to see how my macros are for each meal and not just the whole day so far. I'm finding myself still using Loseit app for that feature cause it allows you to customize meal names and go back and forth between macros and grams for each meal.

This helps me to see how my energy or hunger reacts to an individual meal.

Now don't get me wrong, I love the Noom app. I just wish I didn't have to go to other apps and if it could all be within the Noom app.

Question about Energy

Does anyone else get energy on Tirzapetide? I'm signed up for Nooms GLP + GIP and I was just wondering if they add something else to it because I get more energy when I take mine.

Honeymoon phase

I took my 2nd shot of compounded Tirzepatide (1mg) today through Noom and I'm trying not to get too excited but I'm sooooo happy!

Before this medication, I already knew how to lose weight. The problem was not the How or not even that my body would not respond.

I counted calories.

Tracked macros.

Lifted weights.

Did 10k steps a day.

My issue was staying consistent without life would start happening which happens every week lol.

Tirzepatide feels like it’s helping me do what I’ve been trying to do for years but could never consistently maintain long term. It’s like taking an airplane to my destination instead of walking and I'm not talking about speed.... I'm referring to the mental effort and energy to resist the pull to keep eating when I know I shouldn't.

Im still weighing and tracking my food.

Im still moving my body.

Im still puting in effort.

But now I don’t feel like I’m fighting myself every second.

For the first time in a long time, I feel calm around food instead of feeling pulled by it.

I’m so happy right now, I could cry.

For those who have been on compounded Tirzepatide longer… does this “honeymoon phase” go away?

I have way more energy. I just feel AMAZING!

The weirdest thing happened to me today. I'm 4 days in using 1 mg of tirzapetide. This evening I was working and something happened that normally triggers me to eat and my brain literally thought "do you want to eat to remove these nervous feelings" I was like No... You really don't want to eat... You just don't want to feel anxious. Normally, I would eat something but this time I said No but I actually felt my body be uncomfortable. It was like my brain was searching for the pull to eat but it really was not there.

In addition to the medication, the lessons and the overall app is fantastic.

I never thought I would try it but I'm really glad I did.

I just started 1 mg tirzapetide Friday at 3:40pm (4 days ago). One thing I'm noticing is very vivid dreams. Is this a symptom or do I need to eat more before going to sleep???

Last night was not as bad cause I ate around 9:30pm and went to sleep around 10:30pm. But it's also 3 days in too. No other side effects. My appetite is suppressed too. Imflammation started leaving within hours of starting the shot.

My bloodwork prior to shot is A1C is 5.3. However my thyroid numbers were high. I'm 5"5 weight 175 pounds. I'm eating around 1700 to 1800 calories with an emphasis on mostly whole foods. I'm drinking 100oz water a day. 10,000 steps and 4 days weight lifting for an hour.
