Why do female arm wrestlers seem to withstand break arm positions easily
Compared to males i dont see any arm break and they todd roll sometimes in a break arm or defend for a long time

The dream was mostly random with someone i know as corner guy lol but this what i didnt mess about the dream and someone in the dream i know told me alizhan lost
Another part of it was alizhan stopping vitaly a bit with king move
Back and wrist reps either 5 or 15 missed to add them
For why there's no partials for arm and some statics i believe if a muscle get stronger you will get stronger and in the long run consistency matters and last day is table time so its static
I think it should be good it train the same muscles but i want to hear experiences from people about it
I feel it isnt good for people with hyperextension
Mushtaq has been in the sport for a year only and this guy has been training for 9 years
He has same condition as oleg zhokh and cant extend his wrist and biceps fully
The first guy is iraq no.1 he cant extend his wrist and arm alot hes probably 75 kg
No right hand footage and i lost badly 3-0 so it doesn't matter
When you attack dont be afraid to lose some of your angles as the muscles open eccentrically to another angle it will be stronger than just attacking from a open angle
Because of a mechanism called residual force enhancement if you open eccentrically then hold isometrically it will stronger than just holding the same angle isometrically (the eccentric doesnt contribute to the force)
Ofcourse if you think you would loss because of opening or get stopped and cant finish and pinned from defenisive position (stand up) or you press dont let the angles open
Theres the opposite force residual depression as you lift concentrically then hold it would be weaker than just holding its fun thing to learn
For example the ossetian (zoloev/liliev) do 70/30 percent full range and partials in all phases and table time and still produce alot of champs (i found from interviews how they train theres more things but its simple)
Theres alot of other examples it seem like training the muscle to get stronger and consistency will get you stronger on the table regardless of how you train it
So my job is just recommending cold coffee product like a test then buy
They put a guy to watch me for half a hour who said he didnt say anything to people which isnt true and say i am sitting all the time and watching phone which i dont find as a problem especially that i had pain in the foot for a week just from standing one day and i call everyone to test the product
And i called one guy to test three or four times and he didnt answer so the guy who was watching me called him and turned out he didnt answer because he had diabetes ofcourse he will not answer
And generally people dont answer you so i dont understand what he want
I told my family i will not forgive to the day of judgment because of falsely accusing me and they find me silly for that (and making dua on him)
Sorry if English wasnt the best here and mostly yapping
oh and he was looking weirdly at me like a malicious look
