hi everyone. ftm mom and 8 week pp. I have been exclusively pumping from the start using my spectra s1 as my main and then had the mom cozy m5 lite as a wearable. the wearables truly do not work for me as I get a small fraction of what I do with my spectra and feel engorged still after. Ive tried different flange sizes (I use 24 with the spectra which does well) but still not great. I honestly think the problem is that I have flat/inverted nipples and the wearable isn’t strong enough to pull them out well. for anyone in a similar situation, have you found wearables that work for you?
