The traffic lights for the under the bridge and the cross roads at Lidl fuck knows

Everyone’s dead from heat

Police were contacted at 1700. By myself.

I do not know if there is an update.

Repeated access code texts - data leak?

Today I have received 3 texts with access codes for Nando’s. I’ve now changed my password but was wondering if there has been a data leak somewhere?

I’ve removed all payment details from my account as well as my address.

Has anyone else experienced this? Just find it odd with it being Nando’s.

F33, 11 stone, duration of complaint approx 6 months. Diagnosed with:

Secondary adrenal insufficiency,

Pituitary macroadenoma (6 years),

Steroid dependence, (hydrocortisone)

ADHD

Folate deficiency

Vitamin D deficiency

CHRPE,

Post traumatic arthritis

Lump is on the inside of my left arm and it aches intermittently. This radiates down my arm into my hand and causes shooting type pain.
I’ve had an ultrasound on it and the technician said it could be due to hyper mobility however I’ve never been diagnosed with this.
I have various other lumps under my skin in other places however I believe these to be fatty lumps.
My GP did not report any issues so I left it.
I’m perplexed as to what it is? Any suggestions?

The lump becomes painful and enlarged when I have my arm to my chest. When it is extended, the lump goes down however not fully.

Driving me insane. Please can anyone advise what it maybe please? I’ve attached a photo.

Thank you for any information
Lump is able to be compressed however is fixed in place. Not painful when I press. The pain and aching is primarily from the lump when keep my arm bent and it shoots down to my fingers on that arm. I’ve tried antihistamine’s, paracetamol, ibuprofen, nothing works.

Meds:

Concerta XL 54mg (lump present before this)

Butec patch 20ug/h for chronic pain (in UK)

Paracetamol 1g x 4 daily

Colecalciferol

Folic acid

Hydrocortisone (20mg total daily)

Hydrocortisone IM 100mg for adrenal crisis

Edit:
Forgot to mention, in the last 4 years, my shoe size has gone from a UK size 7 to a 8.5/9

I have also had increase in hand size. My index ring finger initially was an O however is now a T! They’re so enlarged, I have to personally order any jewellery. Initially presumed this was due to weight gain or fluid retention however now I have lost weight and no longer have fluid retention, the size still remains.
