It was so good. I wish they would bring it back.
Various print ads from AMC over the years. I really liked the black & white ads with the yellow title card that ABC used for all of its soaps at the time.
Since I did the men, I had to do the women. Definitely not all of my favorites but I tried to spread the love among most of the shows that I've watched. This one was harder to narrow down than the men.

The 80's had some great and iconic romcoms but I think there are a few on this list that never get mentioned.
These are not all of my faves but I tried to spread the love across many shows. I didn't always root for all of them but they always kept me interested.

Way before Chobani Flips there was this yogurt with the fruit on the side. I really liked it and was upset when it was discontinued. I wish Chobani still made the Flips with just the fruit.
Looking back on the teens & young adults of the 90's & 00''s and they were so much more interesting than the current ones. Everything is so boring and bland. Why do you think that is?
The 2010s is probably the decade that is the hardest for me when it comes to finding romcoms that I like. Not too many of the really popular ones interested me enough to watch them and the couple that I did see, were one time watches for me. That's why most of this list is made of mostly indie movies.
*They may not all be great or have great ratings but I have affection for them
A prime-time drama that aired on ABC for two seasons from September 26, 2007, to August 8, 2009. It follows idealistic lawyer Nick George as he takes over his late father's job representing the Darlings, the wealthiest and most dysfunctional family in New York City.
I really liked this show. Especially season 1. Peter Krause, Glenn Fitzgerald, Donald Sutherland & Natalie Zea were so good in this show.
A romantic drama that follows Iris, a struggling working-class widow, and Stanley, a shy, illiterate cafeteria cook, who form a bond when she begins teaching him to read in her kitchen.
I came across this one evening when I was looking for something relaxing to watch. It's a sweet little movie that I really enjoyed.
Explores the lives of Gary McCullough, his former partner Fran Boyd, and their teenage son DeAndre as they survive near an open-air drug market at West Fayette and North Monroe streets.
Created by David Simon, David Mills and Edward P. Burns and based on a non-fiction book written by Simons and Burns.
Widely seen as the direct thematic and creative precursor to Simon's later acclaimed series, The Wire.
The first daytime soap opera to feature a Black family as a major part of the main cast from the beginning. It only ran for 2 years.
A line of shelf-stable fruit smoothie-like drinks introduced by Snapple in the late 1990s.
The true story of the price a young soldier paid for falling in love with a transsexual night-club performer. Starring Troy Garity, Lee Pace, Andre Braugher and Shawn Hatosy.
After the grandson of a rich Texas farmer gets in a car accident, he becomes disabled and loses his fiancée. He then meets and marries a woman from " the wrong side of the tracks" and despite his grandfather's disapproval and interference, they try to make it on their own. Unfortunately, insecurity and frustration soon lead to depression which then incites tragedy.
I saw this when I was a teenager and it really stuck with me because it was so sad.
