I am loving the incremental improvements being made for the iOS Sonos app, but can we please make “mute” a standalone toggle rather than an interchangeable volume down/mute button? It’s frustrating to use.

I need to share this experience as a service to other Spectrum mobile customers. I spent a week of pure frustration trying to get my son’s Apple Watch to work on Spectrum’s mobile network without success. Walked into a Spectrum storefront, talked with agents at the desk they could not help me. Talked to 7 or 8 different agents over the phone and they could not help me either. I finally had to contact apple Tech Support for the answer which is that only select few carriers Support Apple watches signed into children’s custodial accounts. That includes AT&T, Verizon and a few others I can’t remember at the moment but not Spectrum. What amazes me that no one at Spectrum actually knew this which is crazy considering how common custodial accounts on an Apple Watch must be.
