Does anyone know a good source to create a summer capsule wardrobe for a very hot climate? I am interested in natural breathable fabric, and no need for “occasional” sweater or jeans as it is too hot. Does anyone have any suggestions where to start?

This ex-church is for sale, it’s in a good location on a huge block, I’m just not sure what I’d do with it.
We need three bedrooms, two bathrooms and prefer open plan. I’d like to steal a Florida thing and have a “lanai” (screened in porch) and we’d like to keep it one level. We could build an extension too (subject to planning permission)
Im just after ideas to get started. I’d go get professional help if we go ahead with it, once I have an idea in mind of what I want.

In the last few months I’ve lost over 10kgs, I wasn’t trying to, I was unwell. Now all my clothes are too big. I don’t know whether to buy new clothes or wait to see if I gain weight.
For context I’m 167cm and my weight has dropped from 60kg to 48kg.
I’m wearing track pants with drawstrings and belts, but I look terrible with everything so badly fitted.
I am expecting to put some of the weight back on, but maybe not all of it?
What do other people do? Is it too wasteful to buy more clothes when they may not fit for long?
What do you guys think? She is four months old, and is 13 kg (28 lbs). The rescue said Kelpie x Staffy, but I’m not sure. Her paws are huge. We are currently waiting for DNA results, and will update in a few weeks when we have them.
