Hi, I recently flew business class between LHR and VIE.

I was surprised to find out what a business class club europe seat actually is.

Yes you can go and read about club europe and find out that its the same as a regular seat but most people search flights by prices and assume business means business.

Is this misleading marketing based on what i was shown below? I'm wondering whether i should submit a case to any authority. In fact, there really isn't any reference to club europe throughout the booking, I just see "business". I really didn't know what i paid for throughout the booking process. Here are some screenshots of the process. Yes it shows a blocked middle seat but how would i know what my physical seat would be like (very ordinary) before paying? If you agree with this which regulator would accept this complaint? Thank you.

Are selfie sticks allowed for the June 26-28 weekend? I couldn’t find it in the permitted or excluded items. Traveling solo, obviously not looking to block anyone’s race views during those times..

Hi-

I just completed my first Bilt hotel stay that I booked through the portal. I paid the remainder of the booking using my Bilt credit card and in person i gave the same card for authorization when I checked in. At checkout i told them to run my card on file for any outstanding charges. That’s when they charged an Amex. I checked the Amex app and couldn’t find any charge pending on any card i own so i asked and the person said i booked through “Expedia” and this was the card on file. Anyway still couldn’t find an Amex and asked them to refund the mystery card and to charge the Bilt one. Anyways couldn’t solve what happened… curious if anyone knows the answer

Hi, this is my first F1 and I bought a ticket from a resale site which was a mistake. It was delivered as a pdf that says ticket 23/230. Will I have an issue getting in as it seems like the seller bought in bulk? Thank you for your help.

Hi, this is my first race. I’ll be sitting in the Red Bull grandstand and attending all the different races, f3 etc. what’s the best radio and noise protection setup that I should consider? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
