Sales jobs that aren't MLMs or Insurance?

I know the market is hard, but I'm looking for companies that aren't fully commission-based, selling phone plans in Walmart, or going door-to-door in neighborhoods. I don't mind going to businesses as I have experience with that but personal homes feel too dangerous. And insurance is just a hard thing to sell, I don't want my job to be scamming people.

Anyone know of any companies that meet these requirements?

I've been stuck in retail for the past 3 years. I really want to get back into marketing (I did social media management, graphic design, and ad sales for about 3 years too) and as each day passes I know I become less and less desirable to current jobs despite my past experience. I think employers are looking at me as if I have no experience regardless. So those who have actually found luck in this market, what do you do and what is it called? I don't mean sales either, I mean like u went to school for this exactly and you actually get to do it. Statistically there has to be at least one person who succeeded... right
