Somehow Avoided Covid For 6 Years

4 Days ago I woke up with very mild cold symptoms. I just got over a cold a month ago and tested negative while I had that cold before.

Started with 99F temp, body aches, and a scratchy throat.

The scratchy throat has disappeared except now I have congestion and can't taste or smell anything at all. What prompted me to take a COVID test was the fact that I couldn't taste my coffee at all this morning.

My mother keeps telling me to call a DR and ask for Paxlovid, but I'm not sure.

I'm a healthy 30 year old male.

Current symptoms:

- 99F temp.

- Congestion.

- Can't smell or taste anything.

Update:
Today is day 5 and I was finally able to get a good nights rest being able to breathe through my nose in my sleep. I no longer have body aches, or a slightly elevated body temp. I just don’t have a taste or smell.

As it stands (knock on wood) this is more mild than an average cold for me.

A Week Of Taking Nootropics Depot Saffron

Hey, guys!

I've read that Saffron can potentially help with Anxiety, mild-depression, and ADHD.

I've been taking ND's Saffron capsule 30MG once daily in the morning that has 7.5% Crocins and 1% Safranals.

Here's what I've noticed:

- I feel significantly calm, like how I felt when I took Buspirone for 6 months, maybe even more calm than that.

- I can focus better, and my constant racing thoughts have slowed significantly down. It's actually hard for me now to think of things in the past that I would overthink and cause me to have anxiety.

- Within 30 minutes of taking a capsule, I feel a rush of energy coming on (heart beats faster than usual) then goes away and the energy turns into a calm, focused energy.

- I don't over-react as much and can shrug things off that would bother me before.

- I went to a theme park and didn't freak out nearly as much as I would have before getting on a ride.

However... my libido has dimished a ton.. I thought it was supposed to make that even better? It's like I can't trigger arrousal down there at all.

I also don't feel excitement anymore, like that adreline rush you get when you're excited about something, when you feel your heart beating fast from excitement.

If I decide to stop taking this, do I need to taper this like an SSRI or can I stop taking it abruptly?

Were Employees In The Crowd Trying To Bring People To The Front During Rise Against?

Had a weird encounter yesterday with a lady. She came right up to me and grabbed my arm and told me she was an employee and tried dragging me to the front with her to see Rise Against. I did not move and told her "I'm good" multiple times as I had a good spot with a ton of space for myself to dance around with a nice view. She told me to "stop being a little bitch" and I had to tell her "i'm good" again and she gave a look of disgust so I ended up moving to another spot to get away from her.

Even if she was an employee; the encounter was very off, can't trust anyone. I was also too drunk to be closer to people than I wanted.
