Rachawadee in mount vernon is fantastic, but I'm looking for something in town. Who has the best spicy food around?

I'm a returning player who doesn't really care about my rank but I want to play ranked lol. I don't take the game very seriously and just want some chill people to play ranked with. I'm in my mid 20's and mostly play after work. No toxic people please, I really just want some chill vibes and maybe some goofy strats.

I've only started going to fests in the last couple years so I'm not too well versed here. I know a lot of the bigger festivals here but would love some recommendations for smaller "homie fests". Music genre doesn't really matter because Im just looking for good vibes. I'm in the northwestern part of the state so I dont mind hopping over the border for some in BC as well. Thank you!
