What's a good budget interface for guitar playing through amp sims

I have had a Ryzen 5 3400G, system for the longest time (since 2021), and last year I bought a gpu second hand, a 1660 super, to upgrade it since I was giving it to my brother and I noticed the performance was worse than I expected and I always assumed it is because this system has a single channel ddr4 stick of 16gigs of ram but I found it wasnt all that.

For context a 1660 super should get a score of 1200 on 3dmark and I only get 700. I checked GPU-Z and my GPU is only reporting PCIe x16 3.0 @ x1 3.0 underload.

This is what I've tried:

1. Forced GEN3 in BIOS

2. Checked CPU Pins for anything bent

3. Moved the GPU to the slot underneath to see if it had a difference (it didnt)

4. BIOS is already at a somewhat recent update

5. Updated all drivers

6. Cleaned contact pins and checked the PCIE slot itself.

7. No m.2 drives so there is still a lot of PCIE bandwith

Specs:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3400G

GPU: 1660 Super

MOBO: B450M Wifi Rev 1.1 (Currently at Bios Ver F67)

RAM: 1x16GB DDR4 Crosair

PSU: Coolermaster 650W Bronze

Note:

I dont have another system to test it out on so I am out of options.

Also my integreated vega11 shows it runs at 16x (ive disabled it now tho), i dont know if this adds any value but thought I'd mention it

Just want to replace the saddles on my flyod rose jackson special. Obviously don't need the original saddles because theyre too expensive. Anyone has bought a set before? The ones on amazon look shady.
