Not sure what to do at this point :(

F24 I have had a very annoying cycle of constipation for a few years now, usually going 3 days to 2 weeks without a substantial BM. I've tried upping my water intake, increasing soluble fiber through diet, Miralax (but it causes overactive bowels with no movement, which is super uncomfortable), and am even doing pelvic floor therapy now to address a hypertonic floor, which has helped with straining but not the frequency or amount that I pass. The only thing that works is drinking espresso once a week to "clear me out", but that sometimes doesn't work either. I had a colonoscopy done last year to check for any blockages, and they only found hemorrhoids from the constipation and straining. My gastro just keeps pushing Miralax, saying that it shouldn't be causing overactive bowels, and hydration, saying that dehydration is usually the root of constipation, and thinks I'm just not drinking as much as I think I am, even though I'm tracking it. I have no idea where to go from here and am very frustrated. I'm open to any advice and willing to try anything to finally be regular!

Horchata is back

I heard that the horchata last year was lackluster so I avoided trying it. Has it changed at all this time around?

Got glutened yesterday morning for the first time in over a year. Usually my reaction is within 30 min but this reaction took a few hours to start and is lasting WAY longer than usual. In the past I’ve had diarrhea for a solid 2 hours followed by a very fatigued stomach for a day. This time though, my stomach felt fatigued but is also accompanied by crazy active bowels. They haven’t stopped gurgling and moving for about 20hrs now and it’s soooo uncomfortable And making me bloated. Anyone else ever had this? Any tips?
