Anyone else get those annoying buzzing/vibration feelings in the back of their skulls like someone has a massager inside their head? This just started happening to me a few days ago and it doesnt seem to go away until a couple weeks later. It somewhat lessens when I lay down. Anyone have anything similar and if so what helps? This is driving me insane. (No new meds or anything and I think Ive been getting more sleep than usual as far as I know)

I dont think I ever posted here before. I am not sure where to if not here. Ive been severely depressed lately because of an issue at work and that just put me into a bad place. Ever since thus event everyone seems to be treating me different and others get special treatment while im being left out of everything even the operations parts of the job which i feel shouldnt be kept from abyone. There seems to be certain people who are getting special treatment and now I am being assigned to pick up the slack others do t want to handle. I know theyre trying to humiliate me by calling out certain mistakes no matter how small in front of the whole faculty no less. It also seems that everyone has to keep an eye on me now to make sure im doing my job even thoigh im the hardest worker in the building. Im not sure what changed but ever since we got a new manager my life is pure hell. Im not sure if I should be worried that im going to get fired and i already see signs.
