I'm planning on upgrading my iPod (again) and would appreciate some guidance

Hey y'all,

I'm currently in the process of switching basically all of my listening away from streaming to my own files. I have a 5th gen iPod classic/iPod video and currently have it upgraded with Rockbox, iFlash solo, and a 256gb sd card.

I can already see that I'm running out of space soon with this card, and I suspect that I'd outgrow a 512 card too. however the only 1TB SD card that I see compatible on the iFlash website is from Sandisk which has some reported issues. Have any of y'all had any experience upgrading your iPods with 1TB or (preferably) bigger SD cards? Would you go with Sandisk or another manufacturer?

Would it be better to upgrade to the quad and get 4 microSDs instead?
