Paris for week of Thanksgiving and Plenitude is booked out. Where else instead?

I've eaten at Plenitude twice now, and I was hoping to go for a third time. My reasoning for a third time is that it's been so exceptional, and I've enjoyed myself so much, that I prioritized it over other options.

They are closed for the Summer break, and their auto-response states their next availability is for MARCH 2027.

Where else should I look for great contemporary French while in Paris? Le Cinq? Arpege? Kei?

Also, if I was to explore 2*, what are your top picks? I want to do keep it casual except for one dinner.

Silver Fortunas arrived!

Didn’t realize they’re “minted in the USA” and not Suisse.

What’s better than one cat? Two!

Now that I have two, I can consider putting one in a a pendant to wear. I may choose to do that with the 5g pamp phoenix bar that I just ordered instead.

Couldn’t resist on the Lady Fortuna silver

I know the premium is bananas, but I remember admiring the Lady Fortuna since I was a kid. More than happy to spend a little extra to add silver to the stack on this occasion.

Lucked out today! One ounce 50th anniversary round.

I didn’t want to grab the 5oz online, so I went after work to my warehouse to see if they had one ounce rounds. Sure enough they did! scooped up too.
