Hey all, so I drive a 2024 330xi M Sport with the stock 791M 19x8+27mm square setup. Suspension is stock with no future plans to lower or modify etc.
I'm wanting to go with an aftermarket wheel in a 19×8.5+35 (not sure which wheels yet), and was wondering if a 235/40/19 or a 245/35/19 would be the better option. Or if there are any other wheel/ tire sizes that would work, please feel free to let me know. Photos of your setup are always appreciated as well. Thanks!
My first ever BMW and am loving it so far.
Any reommendations on an aftermarker exhaust? Currently have the Dinan valved axle-back exhaust but it rattles and drives me nuts. I've already tried expanding/replacing the retaining spring clip but have had no luck. Anyways, thanks for having me!
I currently daily a Black Sapphire Metallic 2024 330xi with the M Sports Package with about 17k miles on the odometer. It has partial PPF (entire front end, partial roof, side mirrors, door caps, door sills and trunk applique) that I did not cheap out on, a Dinan CAI, Dinan valved axle-back exhaust (that rattles on cold starts like crazy and also has a slight rattle at idle), small cosmetic upgrades like the front lip, trunk spoiler, side skirts, and rear spats. The cosmetic stuff is nothing crazy like the true carbon fiber pieces either.
For the past couple days, I have been debating trading up to a 2026 M340i in either the same Black Sapphire Metallic or Arctic Race Blue, but I'm not sure if the difference of $15-$20k makes sense to do it. Should I just get some better tires, a better exhaust system like the M Performance exhaust, and some other power mods etc. and save some money?
What are your thoughts? Does it make sense to upgrade? Why or why not?
