Mechanic around Dublin/Leixlip

Any recommendation of an experienced garage that fixes EV cars, around Dublin/Leixlip?

I have a Nissan Ariya that may or may not need to replace the reduction gear box or motor altogether, Nissan dealership took a week just to do a basic diagnostics and I'm really not confident they will do the job correctly.

I see there are a few recommendations of garages that work on EVs but their customers reviews are basically for fixing brakes, door locks and installing dash cams, I wanted a recommendation of a garage that does complex jobs and has all the software necessary to calibrate and set up whatever is needed.

The car is not in warranty for the drive unit anymore.

Ariya 2023 heartbeat like sound + clicking

I just bought an Ariya 2023 Evolve e-4orce right hand drive around 60k miles on it and just this week I had to wait my wife in the car for around 1 hour and during this 1 hour with the car completely off, there was a sound like a heartbeat and then every 1 minute or so this heartbeat sound would stop and then some clicking started this would last for 10 seconds and then the heartbeat sound again.

During this whole 1 hour the sound would not stop, the car was completely off including multimedia and it was not charging.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
Sometimes I get a dashboard error related to blind spot sensor, which I think its a battery fault, although the battery looks new, maybe whatever this sounds is, is draining the battery.

OBD Error codes

I'm thinking about buying a ID.3 2021, but when I read the diagnostics error codes, I got so many errors, which I think could be something with my scanner or just me not understanding the Car Scanner App, the car drives perfectly and all battery cells are balanced

When I used this scanner on a honda fit, the error codes came back black, so I was expecting the same.
