I can’t tell if it’s a queen or not because it isn’t very big and I haven’t noticed any other nuptial flights, sorry about the bad video but does anyone have any ideas??

Is this a cold sore or a spot?
Came about 1-3 hours ago, if it helps I can’t feel it at all and have never had cold sores in the past
