I ordered a few things from them 3 days ago, but beyond the usual order confirmation email, I haven’t heard anything.
My order seems to be stuck in the “Waiting for details” phase and emails to their customer service team have so far gone unanswered, so I’m not sure what to do.
They look legit, but I can’t be absolutely sure. My gut tells me something is off, but I can’t put my finger on why.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Are these guys a legitimate company?

I'm hiking the Laugavegur trail in August and have been looking at ways to cut down on pack weight.
While I love my MSR tents, I am growing increasingly concerned that the Elixir I was planning to bring will not be able to sustain the high winds I could potentially face. It's been great for camping, but this is a very different kind of trip. (It's also pretty heavy and carrying it for 4 days isn't something I'm excited about.)
I really like the idea of using trekking poles to pitch the tent (even though I've never attempted it!) to cut down on weight.
I'm seeing alot of great reviews for the X-Mid 1 and I'm hoping I could hear more about your experience with this tent in high winds, really bad weather and how it held up in stormy conditions.
Any reviews -- good or bad -- are welcome! I'm hoping to pull the trigger and get a new tent in the weeks ahead.

I'm hiking the Laugavegur in August and looking to upgrade my tent to something that can handle the high wind and wet conditions Iceland is known for.
The Durston X-Dome 2 seems to be a popular name thrown out here, so I was curious to find out if anyone has used this piece of gear in very windy and/or wet conditions, how it held up, if condensation build-up was an issue, etc.
Any reviews or feedback would be greatly appreciated! I'm looking to pull the trigger on a new tent in the next few weeks so that I can get used to carrying the weight in training hikes.
