I recently discovered luo han guo, this sweet black tea made from boiling a dried monkfruit from China.

Are there different quality levels? I have found available in different sizes, but I am curious to know if there are different quality grades / types.

I would most appreciate if anyone could put me to a nice specialty store with different options.

The discussions in this sub often mention how frustrating generic job boards are right now. Ghost job posts etc. Here’s my effort to kick off a list legitimate, niche job boards that have jobs NOT found on Google Jobs, LinkedIn, or Indeed, and don’t have a lot of the same BS.

(Note: This is not AI Slop. I build job boards for a living, going back almost 20y to when I was the engineering lead of Affinity Labs which was acquired by Monster Worldwide for over $60M. I spend my days analyzing this stuff and I track all of these sites listed below as benchmarks for my own work from a product & marketing perspective.)

These are in alphabetical order, so as not to confer any sort of implied ranking. Please note that the job counts are estimates just to give you an idea of scale, as hiring numbers fluctuate daily.

A focused job board for architecture & interior design. Boutique design studios and massive international architecture firms post here directly to find designers, drafters, and licensed architects, completely bypassing generic text-resume parsers.

Specializes only in corporate, retail, and design roles at prestigious luxury brands (Dior, Gucci, Chanel, Rolex, Hermès, etc.). Excludes fast-fashion, mid-market, and smaller brands. Covers all levels from intern to senior executive. Global, with most jobs in Europe and the US.

A platform for jobs in climate tech and environmental sustainability. It pulls together thousands of roles across renewable energy, conservation, and green tech startups that you’d never easily surface on generic job engines.

"Jobs in Great Places." For those who want to escape the corporate grind and work at a national park, ski resort, dude ranch, or retreat center. Highly unique seasonal and year-round roles that you will almost never find on massive aggregators.

A massive board for restaurants, boutique hotels, or catering (as a chef, sommelier, manager, or event staff), this is used by large hospitality groups to hire. Lists other countries but really just US.

Dribbble.com/jobs
Not just a place to post your design portfolio. Tech companies and agencies use the job board here to recruit UI/UX, product, and graphic designers directly based on their actual visual work, rather than just scanning a text resume.

EntertainmentCareers.net
The entertainment industry operates heavily on niche portals to weed out generic applications. This classic site is the standard for finding unlisted assistant, production, and corporate roles at major Hollywood studios, TV networks, and talent agencies. Internships too.

A highly specific, passion-driven board focused on the intersection of food and sustainability. Think artisan food producers, organic farms, food justice NGOs, and specialty coffee roasters.

HigherEdJobs.com
This is for if you want to work in academia, not just a professor, but in administration, student affairs, admissions, campus tech, or marketing. Universities rarely rely on Indeed for these roles, so they live exclusively here.

The largest job board dedicated specifically to the video game and esports industries. Covers everything from game development to marketing, legal, and event management. Legit gaming studios post their open roles here rather than generic tech boards.

Housekeeper.com
Similar to childcare, the private domestic and housekeeping sphere operates almost entirely off the traditional corporate grid. This platform connects cleaning professionals directly with families, households, and private clients looking for housekeepers and estate managers. It’s an excellent way to find steady, high-paying domestic gigs with incredibly nice roles that simply don't exist on Google Jobs or LinkedIn. (Disclosure: I used to work on this.)

Idealist.org
The job board if you want to work for a non-profit, charity, NGO, or impact-driven organization. If you are mission-driven, this is where the vast majority of those organizations post their openings.

The most widely used job board for media professionals. From local newspapers and radio stations to major magazines and digital publishers, it’s where editors actually look for talent instead of scraping general platforms.

NannyLane.com
The childcare industry operates completely outside of traditional job boards for safety reasons. This platform connects families and nannies directly,bypassing expensive traditional agencies. It also has great tools for facilitating nanny shares and payroll. US & Canada only. (Disclosure: I also used to work on this.)

StaffMeUp.com
If you want to work on set in production (camera, lighting, wardrobe, PA), this is where hiring for that happens. Production coordinators use it to crew up incredibly fast for TV shows, movies, and commercials. None of these jobs are on LinkedIn.

TeamWorkOnline.com
Professional sports teams (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS) and live event companies rarely post openings on standard job boards because they'd get tens of thousands of unqualified applicants. If you want to work in sports management, ticketing, or athletic administration, this is the main portal most leagues use.

Wellfound.com (formerly AngelList)
The go-to platform if you want to work at a startup. You often bypass traditional corporate HR processes entirely and apply directly to the founders or hiring managers. Another huge plus is that salary and equity are usually listed upfront.

WeWorkRemotely.com
One of the oldest and most heavily vetted boards for 100% remote roles. Highly curated, mostly skewing toward programming, marketing, design, and customer support. It costs companies a premium to post here, which filters out a lot of the "fake" remote jobs you see on generic sites.
