I can’t stitch videos together before posting, IOS

I used to be able to stitch videos and edit pictures before posting them on subs? But now it’s not letting me do any of that anymore and I’ve tried everything I can think of but nothing worked, it’s only allowing me to post on video at a time but not allowing me to stitch multiple small videos
