Would love some feedback on what to do with this situation.

The first thing that started this was him commenting on the whole Jane Doe Incident at Cornell. He basically made it seem like I'm receiving fake news about this whole situation and that I'll realize that nothing bad happened once I get all the info.

I stormed out of his house because he said "no r*pe happened". Even though in the group chat it clearly show's them documenting her asleep/unconscious while inviting more men to come over, which would make that r*pe. My dad argues that since all of the guys were black out drunk that everyone was consensually involved and that if anything, the girl is the one victimizing these men. The main thing I remember him saying is "It finally came out after two years, and she was embarrassed that she was a slut so she said these men r*ped her". And when i questioned him on that, he accused me of calling him a supporter of rape, and said he's done with this conversation, so I stormed out of his house.

Keep in mind my dad also hates Tom Hanks because he was on Epstein's list, yet he still loves Trump even thought he was on the list tens of thousands of times.

Also my dad clearly hates Women. If we watch a Fail compilation video, and it's a dude dropping a TV its totally fine, but if it's a woman dropping a TV, he says "Oh you don't need a man do you?" He's so weirdly obsessed with Men being inherently better than women that it creates such a weird sector of misogyny that's based on nothing but bigotry. He hates that women want to have freedom.

The craziest comment he dropped last time was "Women are the biggest mass murderers because of the abortions they do".

I think it's important to mention that sexual harassment can be an awful learned behavior, especially with the Internet nowadays. I remember back as a child when in middle school, I was in the 7th grade, some of the boys read online a "prank idea" that encouraged kids to form a circle around a teacher and snap their fingers while whispering the teacher's first name. Now keep in mind we were all around 13 years old and many of the other boys in my class were actively exploring unsupervised internet usage where they picked up on vulgar behavior.

As bad as that prank idea sounds, there was one 7th grade boy that was notorious for getting in trouble and he told the other boys to form a circle around this one English teacher, a young woman and snap their fingers as they encircle her and announce "Surrender the Booty!!". He had a history of saying that to the English teacher and would usually say "Aargh surrender the booty!" And play ignorant of its vulgar meaning so he had not gotten in trouble 😵‍💫 for it

I know some of the boys were attracted to her and they were saying extremely vulgar things including phrases they learned on the Internet about "wanting to put a paper bag over her ugly face" while doing inappropriate things to her. Do you realize these boys are only like 13 years old as they said this garbage!

And sadly yes, they saw her walking to her classroom in the early morning and they all rushed and formed a circle around her so she couldn't move and proceeded to snap 🫰 their fingers and yelled "surrender the booty!". She turned bright red from blushing and at first giggled then yelled "you guys stop saying that!"

She didn't quite know how to handle the situation. She was quite flustered. Nobody got punished that day and bad behaviors even began to escalate behind her back. One boy would wait for her to bend over to help a student on a computer, and he would stick his tongue out and make very obscene gestures.

Bottom line: the Internet can be a source of learned misogynistic behavior in impressionable young boys. Do any of you remember any scenarios where kids learn misogynistic behavior online and it affects their behavior in real life offline?

Why do so many of them want women on their knees while they are standing up? It’s genuinely strange, like they view you as under them. It’s part of some weird dominance thing they have about power over women. They know it’s sexist which is why the reverse rarely ever happens. Men rarely if ever would get on their knees to give a woman oral sex while she was standing up, because they see it as submission. They have a very gross mentality about sex and power dynamics in it.
