‘Home wrecker’ - are we obligated to find out?

I saw a post recently on this sub and it made we want to ask this forum.

You’re trying to date someone. Let’s call that person X for ease. X being married is their commitment to their partner. Are you obligated to find out if X is married, if X is an open marriage etc? What if you do find out that they are just cheating on their partner but you aren’t looking for anything serious? (no implication that they will leave their partner for you, then cheat on you too)
Do you think you are still obligated to stop dating X, for the sake of their partner? Is that on you? What if you do try to find out but X just lies to you?

Points for consideration:

  1. Sisterhood. If you and the partners are both women and it implies you look out for each other.
  2. Respecting social contracts- married and monogamous means they aren’t ‘available’. Is the obligation on them to maintain their monogamy or you? If X is male and you are required to do this, isn’t that misogyny? ‘Men will be men and women are required to police themselves to keep society going.’

I can’t stand Jocelyn Alice

Former singer-songwriter Jocelyn Alice spreads misinformation about Amber Heard being a zionist and liked comments making fun of her testimony.

Amber didn’t vacation there she went there after being doxxed and chased out of the states and needed temporary housing and got from Eve Barlow.

Also even if Amber was a Zionist liking comments that make fun of anyone’s abuse or rape testimony is disgusting, it’s also worth mentioning that she is no longer friends with Eve Barlow and they have unfollowed each other and after Amber started in a play that had anti colonial themes in it her and Eve had a falling out

Jocelyn Alice is self righteous narcissist who just used the suffering of Palestinians for her own self righteousness she cares more about calling out celebrities and spreading conspiracy theories than actually spreading awareness to the issue and uses the suffering of Palestinians for her own narcissism, she also goes after women a lot more than men I have noticed.

Just a garbage man spewing his garbage opinions on a garbage sub.

The original post asked if it was okay that the OP's relative didn't want to cook when her husband didn't help in the kitchen and ordered in.

The entire comment section was FILLED with misogynistic comments, but this one INDIAN MAN just took the cake with his name calling and outright pathetic attitude. 🙄
