I have this grohe shower handle combo that was installed by previous owner. The volume handle has gotten harder and harder to turn over the last couple of months, and it finally caused the handle to just snap.
I think the cartridge needs to be replaced, but I can’t figure out what model this is and what the replacement handle or cartridge item numbers are. Can anyone help? Thank you so much.

Hi everyone, I've been trying for years to get tickets through the lotter to the Vienna Philharmonic New Years Concert without luck. After another year of lottery failure, this year I am hoping to take my mother for her birthday, but I cannot figure out how to purchase tickets second-hand (or even to find a marketplace where they are sold).
If anyone has any ins for getting tickets, I would be super appreciative. I'm not dead set on the actual New Years Day concert; would be happy with the dec 30 or dec 31 concerts as well. If a TA has any ins, happy to book our hotels with you as well.
