How to get Malfurion as a new player?
I just started the game and got to choose between 3 leaders. Sadly, my favorite Hero, Malfurion, was not one of them. I also checked the shop, and he wasn't there. Any advice is appreciated.

Personal therapy/analysis is mandatory if you're undergoing training and want to be a licensed psychoanalyst, a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, or any psychodynamic therapy. It is not a "suggestion" or "recommendation"; it is a crucial part of the training program.
I will try to simplify things because I was shocked to discover a lot of misinformation being propagated on the subreddit. You can't call yourself a psychoanalyst or psychoanalytic psychotherapist if you don't complete the program at a proper institute and get a license.
To get licensed, you must complete a big chunk of your personal analysis, overcome some major hurdles, and attend theoretical seminars/lessons. It takes time, and the programs are never shorter than 4 years, unless certified as intensive. Make sure you are at an IPA or a locally valid institute (CE-CT in psychoanalysis/dynamic does not count) that abides by the syndicate or order of psychologists in your country and follows standard guidelines (Theoretical-Personal Analysis-Supervision)

I'm having severe issues with the launcher. It keeps freezing and saying "download failed." Sometimes, it just stops updating, and I can't see any progress on the bar. Tried downloading and redownloading the launcher from the websites multiple times, but nothing works.
Is there a direct download for the entire game? They had something similar on Warmane, and it was very simple and convenient.
Guys, I have bought a lot of science universal consoles, traits, and items, and I'm looking to optimize my damage because it is very low.
1- Which is better to maximize damage: things like +50 EPG or +20% Bonus Exotic Damage? The numbers I have given here are random.
2- Is there an EPG cap? Like 300, 400, etc? Or does it keep scaling without diminishing returns?
I'm trying to figure out what's a good balance between EPG numbers and exotic bonuses from space traits, etc. If you got a detailed guide or explanation, I'd be most appreciative.
I thought about simple existing mechanics that should be added to improve endeavors for new players and veteran ones who have given up on the system.
1- Bonus Pool: These items exist in the game for virtually everything (Fleet credits, marks, commendation, exp, rep...), so why not add a bonus pool for endeavors?
" Increases all endeavor exp gained by 20% until you have accumulated a total of 30K exp/50K/100K." These items could be spread out in a way to balance things and improve dil sink, etc. For instance, the highest Bonus pool could come from lockboxes, and the lowest one could be bought with Dil=>Phoenix store. (A win-win for everyone)
2- Buyout mechanic: use your Zen/Dil/Lobi to buyout a few perks; there could be a weekly limit to how much you can buy; a great sink, and it offers players flexibility to choose which currency to use. Additionally, it could make grinding more enjoyable as players get to work towards a goal of farming currency for a specific purpose; it could also entice people hoarding Dil and Zen to use it to get a huge stats buff.
3- Universal Endeavor Exp: This option is free. A simple tweak; If a player has less than 300 perks, each Universal Endeavor completed rewards them with 10K exp ( or maybe a perk/20K exp, instead of silly 400) until they reach 300 or whatever ceiling the dev sees fit. This would mean one bonus perk per week of play. Nothing groundbreaking, but it's a small bonus to keep people motivated.
4- PVP Bonus Perk Mission: A weekly/Biweekly mission that rewards players with 1 endeavor perk if they compete in a PVP match. A great way to rejuvenate an aspect of the game and allow players to log in and engage in diverse activities (tbh, it is sad to see the queues empty). After earning the first perk, the next mission will be to win 5 PVP matches to earn some bonus Endeav exp.
