How do people hiring sponsorship managers, decide how to pay for small to medium sized fests?

I just had my first experience organizing a festival and the biggest headache and time consumption was finding sponsors.

I’d like to hear from the community on what to expect to pay sponsorship managers for fests that range from 2,500 to 10,000 in attendance.

Theory about outposts….

So with the way that NG+ is designed in this game. I have this feeling that the devs are waiting for enough time to pass by to put in an update that allows outposts to turn into full grown colonies or settlements.

As an everyday player I might never go to another universe if I have a nice settlement built up.

I also think LIST exists for a reason for some future settlement update. But that the devs realized they can’t include it right away because it would cause a lot of gamers to never do NG+?

Just a thought…

On May 2nd Off The Beaten Path is hosting a Discovery event that I want other musicians to see.

What is it? We are shooting a live video session that is a mix of Tiny Desk and A Take Away Show.

I would like other musicians to see how it is, and if interested we can set other musicians up for this as well.

Event details:

The Bears are going to move to more usage of 12 and 13 personnel.

"Even with this shift coming only recently, the Rams lead the NFL in 13 personnel usage with a rate of 16.93%, according to Sumer Sports. Amazingly, their EPA (expected points added) out of 13 personnel is 25.83, nearly double every other team in the NFL; the Bills are second with 13.95 EPA out of 13 personnel. League average is only -0.03 EPA, so the Rams are miles above average."
