Going up Mtatsminda by cable car/funicular today

Are these two operating today? The cable car from Rike was closed two days ago due to high winds when we were there. We're coming in from Sighnaghi and wanted to go up tonight - how are the winds today? Is there a website where I can check if they're working or not?
