Lap loves descriptions
I don't usually listen on the radio but I'm travelling today. Does Lap always praise Dan's descriptions like he has today?

I picked this up after seeing it on the best sellers lists for several weeks.
I'm about 25% of the way through so no spoilers please, but... Has someone who read this book and enjoyed it give me hope that it gets better?
So far it just reads like a Hallmark Channel movie. The characters are so unrealistically corny and naive. It's obviously building up to some twist regarding Theo but I'm hoping the payoff is worth it.
EDIT: well looks like I'm not alone! like many of you I struggle to understand how to how book remains on best sellers lists. I like to read a best seller in between reading something from my interests list, and I guess this is bound to happen from time to time. The Correspondent is on the best sellers list so may pick that up and DNF this one. Thanks everyone!

I have the physical board game and would like some challenges to give me reason to keep playing it solo. I've found some community created achievements, but there appears to be a list of challenges available in the Steam version. I don't want to buy the game on Steam just for the challenges. Would anyone happen to have a list of those challenges and the rules/special conditions? I assume this would translate ok to the physical game?
