Buyer's remorse.

I recently purchased a subscription for Riverside for an upcoming podcast launch. I did so because every creator I admire uses it. The vibe around the current product is not, shall we say...confidence-building. I made test recordings and the interface won't even give me enough vertical space to see the separate tracks. Was it always like this? I paid for a year. I may need to figure a way out of that. Ugh.

The 9Velos are 35mm deep, the Carbonspeeds are 50mm. Both have CX-Ray steel spokes. 9Velos are currently on the gravel bike with Vittoria Terreno C-30 in 45mm (measuring 48mm). The Carbonspeeds are shown on the Allroad travel (coupled) bike with Conti GP 5000 STR in a 32mm (measuring 34mm).

Assuming the Carbonspeeds hold up, I'm going to love them. I just took them for a shakedown and they roll really nice. I'm really curious to try some Contis in 35mm.

Stretching?

I'm about three years post-op. I'm wondering if there are any stretches, or Pilates, or yoga moves people have been told to avoid? I need to get back into a stretching routine but don't want to stupidly dislocate my bionic hip.

SECOND GX Transmission derailleur failure (pogo pin doesn't pogo).

It is now my opinion that the GX rear mech has a fatal design flaw. It is unique among the variety of Transmission derailleurs with its horizontal battery position. I believe this allows the collection and ingress of moisture into the electronics. My second failure (the first was warrantied) was from my experience at Unbound. Are people seeing similar pogo pin failures of Transmission rear mechs at tiers above GX?

Upgrading the pulley wheels on GX Transmission

Has anyone here upgraded their 14/16t pulley set? Mine are kind of chewed up after eating mud at Unbound and I'd like something more durable, and with bearings rather than bushings. I'm not sure what my options are. I'm not interested in anything crazy expensive.
