Those who finished their MBA: How has it impacted your career?

Curious to hear some stories since I’ve enrolled in an MBA program and I’m feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. For those who finished their MBA program, how has it impacted your career? Were you able to finally break through certain positions? How have you utilized the network you’ve built?

I keep reading na it’s important to know what you want from an MBA and to try and build your network while studying. Now, I just want to hear some real-life stories from those who finished their MBA if it had some impact in your career. Whether getting that promotion you wanted, branching out to a different career path, entering the academe, or if you feel like it didn’t have any impact.

Asking current students/alumnus of the AGSB MBA Standard Program. I’ll be starting in the MBA Standard Program next trimester and planning to take two subjects first. I wanted to ask for recommendations on what subjects are ideal to take together, or at the very least if there are two subjects that are not ideal to take together?

In addition, I also wanted to ask if there’s also an ideal way to space my schedule out. Do you recommend leaving at least a day before your next class or does it not really matter as much?

Some additional tips are also welcome. Thank you in advance!

Looking for resort recommendations for a 2-night stay for 2 pax. Must have beach access sana or walking distance lang sa beach. Budget is around 6-7k per night for accommodation. Also, ideally yung medyo malapit lang din sa Metro Manila. So probably around Batangas or Subic, but di naman super restricted to those places lang. I was struggling looking for resorts since di kasi indicated madalas if gano kalayo sa beach yung resort/property so I’m trying my luck na lang muna here.

Thank you in advance!
