Taken off the schedule

Help me understand what my options are.

Long story kinda - left an agency with residents I loved to work closer to home. Interviewed with the house manager, Program Director, met the residents where I'd work, and then had my final interview with the coordinator. Was scheduled for orientation and then gave notice at my other agency. I started my new job with the residents and everything was going pretty ok. It was way different than the other agency but the schedule they gave me worked perfectly for the other TWO jobs I have that are quite busy in the spring and summer.

After 6 weeks they pulled me from this house and said I did not fit well there (the coordinator is known to run people out of the homes she is in charge of per some of the other DSP's that work at this agency). They did not try to train me, make it a teaching moment or anything like that. Just x'ed off that schedule. Then they offered me a few 8 hour shifts with a woman who was just awful, no DD, very mentally ill and just berated me the entire shift, threatening to kill someone if I ever came back, threatening to call the police on me, and then threatening to lock me out of the house. So they took me off that schedule.

Now I have ZERO hours on the schedule.

They send open schedules every week that just do not work for my other jobs. They have not let me go, they just don't schedule me any hours so I can't even apply for unemployment.

I am applying to other agencies but in the meantime, I have no paycheck coming after this week and no hours on the schedule.

Help.

Regret - missing my old residents.

I took a job at a diff agency for almost $2 more an hour a few months ago. The regret is real. I miss my old residents so much (is that healthy?? No) and I have so much regret.

The new agency is DEF NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED TO BE in my 3 interviews. I agonized over this decision for months as I waited for the job offer. I did not give notice at my old agency until I had completed orientation at the new job and everything was set.

My new schedule was perfect and the pay was better. Later in one of my trainings I met another DSP who warned me of this particular coordinator I was working under and that I’d probably “get run out of there” which is indeed what happened.

I was brought in to the office and told I wasn’t a good fit and they’d be moving me to a new resident with the agency.

Now my hours have been cut and I’m a wreck, filled with regret and missing my old clients.

My situation is so complicated. I need this job so bad. I hate to onboard with another agency at this point. I called my old manager at the old agency and she was slightly empathetic but certainly did not to ask me to come back.

I feel so low. And sad.

I have a 210k EIDL loan with a PG. The LLC is set up in my name 100% but my husband and I have owned and operated the business together for 13 years. The payments are current and the business is still running, and set up as an s-corp for tax purposes. I want to put the business in my husband's name as we are currently separated. The divorce cannot happen unless we can get the PG into his name. I reached out to my congressman who was able to get me in touch with a SBA liaison who will help facilitate this process. I am not selling the business, I just want to remove myself from the LLC and add my husband as 100% owner and he will guarantee the loan. I started the paperwork sent to me from this link and am awaiting some tax documents before I send it all in. Has anyone been successful in removing a spouse from a PG on these EIDL loans? I am supposed to be headed into mediation with my husband soon and I am ready to turn it all over to him IF he can be the PG and not me.
