Help identifying my great grandmother’s vintage engagement ring from the Philippines (1960s?)

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone here can help me identify or date this ring.

This ring belonged to my great grandmother (that I didn’t meet) and originally came from the **Philippines**. Unfortunately, I don’t know exactly when she bought it or who made it. There are **no visible markings or hallmarks inside the band**.

I’m trying to figure out:
\-Approximately what decade/era it might be from
\-What type of metal it could be
\-Whether the stones are likely diamonds or something else
\-Whether the design is characteristic of Filipino jewelry from a particular period

If anyone recognizes the style or possibly the maker
The ring has a yellow-gold colored band with what appears to be a white-metal floral/cluster setting on top, with engraved detailing along the shoulders.

It has sentimental value to me since it belonged to my great grandmother, so I’d really appreciate any information or clues about its history. Thank you!

Test driving this beauty for a week.

Hello! I’m a mechanic from Canada and I’m currently test driving this vehicle until Sunday. I love it so far. It has 230,000kms. It looks clean. No leaks or anything. Only problem is I can’t find any service info. Transmission fluid and oil is clean. If I do decided to get it. My first fix is going to be the timing belt.

What else should I look for before I pull the trigger?

Thanks in advance
